- Key in the Length, Width & Depth in centimeter (cm) to Volumetric Calculator to get the correct Volumetric Weight
- Choose the highest weight between Volumetric Weight and Actual Weight of your item (example 5.01kg should be counted at 5.50kg and 5.51kg should be counted at 6kg)
- Choose the right package to add to Shopping Cart (Within Sarawak, Outside Sarawak & International)
- Click the “Cart” then click “Checkout”
- Key in all the details for “Sender Info” & “Receiver Info” then click “Place Order”
- Select “Payment Method” to make the payment (Credit Card, Debit Card or FPX)
- The e consignment note will send to you via Whatapps & email as your Sender Info
- Print out the e consignment note and stick it clearly on your parcel
- Parcel online tracking link will send to you via email
- Our rider will collect the parcel at your premises on the second working day
